Simple Registration Process
1. Basic information
Start to create your property advert by providing basic information about you and the property which you want to rent out.
2. Login information
After the initial registration is complete, you will be provided the necessary login information to your own online portal access.
3. Prepare advert
Once logged in, you can now start to prepare your advert including uploading any photographs that you may wish to use.
4. Checked and advertised
Once the advert is complete, it will then be checked by one our ARLA qualified staff. After is approved, your property details will be advertised on all the major property portals giving you exposure to over 14 million tenants a month.
5. Maintain advert
Even after your property has gone live, you can still make adjustments to the advert including changing the rental price, the photographs, up-to-date EPC and any other information you may believe has changed. This can be done by yourself via your own portal access.

You can instruct us to carry a comprehensive tenant referencing or alternatively, you can carry out your own vetting process. In either case, you will have all the information available to you within the portal account.
After the tenant reference has been carried out, we will then pass the report on to you.
